AERCO Modulex Boilers - A breakthrough in high-efficiency design, this line of condensing and fully modulating boilers supports 300,000 to 1 million Btu/hr. hydronic heating systems while delivering a greater degree or operating reliability for customer peace-of-mind. Choose between two product configurations based on your application:
- Modulex B - 50 psig working pressure
- Modulex H - 92 psig working pressure
To achieve the greatest possible fuel savings, each boiler combines independent, 151,500 BTU/hr. thermal modules that operate to deliver superior turndown and a range of non-cycling operation not readily achieved by competitive equipment or controls.
Benchmark Boiler - Gas-fired Benchmark boilers reduce total project and lifecycle costs while delivering energy efficiency, quiet acoustics and lower operating costs. Their condensing heat exchanger design is built to withstand thermal shock and eliminates the need for boiler pumping equipment. Their forced draft, modulating burners operate with unmatched turndown to minimize cycling and maximize seasonal efficiency while simplifying the venting system.
Each stainless steel unit fits through 30" doorways and occupies a small footprint for easy installation. Removable enclosure panels support easy access to all piping and simplify lifetime maintenance. Compatible with popular EMS software, the units can be remotely controlled and provide detailed LCD diagnostics.
Four models are available: Benchmark 1.5 Low NOx Boiler, Benchmark 2.0 Low NOx Boiler, Benchmark 2.0 Standard or Dual Fuel Boiler, Benchmark 3.0 Low NOx Boiler.
KC1000 Boiler - The first high-efficiency, commercial, gas-fired, hydronic boiler introduced in the US, AERCO's KC1000 natural gas and propane-fired boilers have been performance proven for more than 18 years -- longer than any similar product in the market. It is an ideal solution for multiple boiler or combination domestic water/space heating plants, and can be equipped, or retrofit, with AERCO's low NOx burner to minimize emissions in environmentally friendly installations. Importantly, this burner package can also support dual fuel (natural gas/propane) applications.
KC1000 Water Heater - AERCO's KC1000 natural gas and propane-fired water heaters are quiet and cost effective to operate in commercial and industrial environments, it can be equipped, or retrofit, with AERCO's low NOx burner to minimize emissions in environmentally friendly installations. Importantly, this burner package can also support dual fuel (natural gas/propane) applications.
Indirect-Fired Packaged Water Heaters - The most thermally efficient domestic water heating packages available for commercial and industrial use, these compact indirect-fired heaters offer tight temperature control, longevity and low maintenance all without the need for storage tanks, blending valves or other temperature averaging components.
Double Wall Water Heaters - AERCO brings precise temperature control to tankless, double wall construction with a full line of thermally efficient heaters for commercial and industrial applications. Available in multiple sizes, all packages incorporate AERCO's unique feed-forward monitoring system and fully modulating steam control valve to maintain +/-4°F temperature control in high or low steam pressure or boiler water environments.
Clean Steam Generators - Generate pure steam from de-ionized, reverse-osmosis, softened, or untreated tap water - a healthy alternative to chemically treated boiler plant steam. AERCO's unfired steam generating packages produce clean steam from fresh, potable water, using treated boiler plant steam or water as the heat source while utilizing the minimum amount of floor space.
Controls - AERCO includes advanced controls as a standard component with all its packaged boilers and water heaters.
C-More Unit Controller – included with Benchmark and KC1000 boilers and water heaters;
E8 Controller – included with Modulex boilers;
Electronic Controls Package – available with all steam-to-water and water-to-water heaters;

Boiler Management System (BMS) – This state-of-the-art plant management solution will enable customers with more than one boiler to maximize energy savings through the coordinated operation of up to 40 Benchmark or KC1000 boilers.
Communications Gateway – Compatible with C-More, E-8, BMS and AERCO's indirect-fired electronic control system, this control package add-on supports integration with BACNet, Lonworks* and/or N2 software networks.
Combination Control Panel – Compatible with Benchmark and KC1000 boilers, this control package add-on is used in conjunction with AERCO BMS to support DHW demand.
